Client Requirements: Clients new to Pilates are required to meet with Stephanie for 2 sessions before entering into a group setting. Clients with Pilates experience, but new to Pilates By Design, are required to meet for 1 session.

Our Intro to Pilates package is our way of offering new and first-time clients an opportunity to experience the benefits of Pilates, as well as our style of instruction, for the first time. The Intro Package provides 3 individual private sessions, with an instructor, at an introductory rate of $159. Each individual session is 55 minutes, and your workout will consist of using a variety of Pilates apparatus.

Private sessions consist of using various Pilates apparatus such as the Reformer, Tower, Chair, etc, with your personal fitness goals in mind. Under the guided supervision of an instructor, you will learn the fundamentals of the Pilates Method and how to get the best results from each exercise to address your specific needs. As you grow in strength and skill, your individual sessions will also increase in intensity and challenge. Each session is 55 minutes.

*Private sessions are scheduled based upon client and instructor availability. We currently take appointments every day, except Tuesdays & Sundays.

Semi-Private sessions are structured much like Private sessions, but with 2-3 working alongside you. This is great for friends, couples and/or co-workers with similar fitness interests. If you need assistance in finding a partner to work with, the studio will be happy to help pair you up with someone. Each session is 55 minutes.

Mat classes take you through a series of Pilates matwork exercises performed on a mat, with occasional use of small props such as the Magic Circle and light hand weights.  Each 50-minute class is designed to develop and challenge abdominal strength, increase flexibility & improve body awareness. We keep our class sizes small (maximum of 7 people) to ensure you receive the required attention in order to have a safe and beneficial workout. Shoes are not required, and we have mats available for your use.
